Policy awareness

Generally those responding to the survey indicated they were at least aware of Trust policies on Equal Opportunities, Grievance Procedures, and Disciplinary Procedures.  There is a lower level of awareness of “family friendly” policies (e.g. Maternity, Paternity, Carer Leave, Personalised Annual Leave, Job Sharing, Term Time Working, Career/Service Break). To a lesser extent BME staff also have less awareness of the Bullying and Harassment Policy than they have of Equal Opportunities, Grievance etc.
