Bob is stateside bound

Bob Heavisides, the Director of Facilities at the West Suffolk Hospitals NHS Trust has won an all expenses paid trip to the USA.
Bob, who has recently gained a MSc in Facilities Management has been named FM Graduate of the Year 2000 after writing an award-winning essay in which he describes how the Internet will play an important role in the future of his profession.
He will be travelling to America for a five day trip in June when he will be visiting Steelcase Inc, a hi-tech furniture company in Grad Rapids, Michigan.
"I am thrilled to have been awarded this prize," said Bob, who is a national council member of the Health Facilities Management Association. "lt is also an honour for the Trust and demonstrates that those of us working in the NHS are able to hold own in the commercial facilities world."
