What is it?

A four year course leading to MBBChir

·         For Home or EU Students*

·         For graduate who hold a first or upper second class degree in any discipline (applicants must also meet the pre-medical requirements of the University of Cambridge)

·         That specifically welcomes arts and humanities graduates

·         Which integrates medical sciences with clinical practice from year one

·         Which is supported by the NHS Executive and the Higher Education Funding Council for England

*Overseas graduates are eligible to apply for Affiliated Entry to the Standard Course

Who are we looking for?

·         Graduates with arts and humanities backgrounds who can bring a wider perspective to medicine

·         Science graduates who wish to become medical practitioners

·         Health care professionals with degrees who wish to study for a medical degree
