Returning to Work
Welcome Back to the Trust
Returning to work can be a daunting prospect no matter how long a person’s absence has been.
Things change rapidly in the modern world and not only in the technical aspect of work. There can be new departments, new services and lots of new faces.
Through Improving Working Lives the West Suffolk Hospital NHS Trust is helping people to find ways round any possible barriers that they may feel these changes present.
This pages in this section contain the latest information about life in the Trust.
They explain the support that is available to you when you return to work. They include: HR issues, childcare support and advice, Occupational Health, further education and skills training, Nursing, facilities for returning mothers and Coaching. Please ask your manager to update you as soon as possible regarding changes in your work area (see Ward/Department Details, below)
We hope this information is both useful and supportive. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact your line manager or the HR and Communications Directorate, who will be happy to help.
