What we do The accommodation office is responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the staff accommodation blocks and the welfare of the residents. Single rooms are for Doctors, Nurses, Medical students, Nursing students, Locum Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Dieticians, Pharmacists, Audiologists, Bio-medical scientists and Local Health Partnership’s Medical staff (when available).

The one, two, and three-bedded flats are usually reserved for Doctors.

All accommodation blocks, except Oak House, have four bedrooms within a flat sharing the kitchen, toilet and bathroom. Oak House has three bedrooms sharing the kitchen, toilet and bathroom.

All 0ff-site two and three-bedded flats are fully furnished and are leased to the Trust from a local Housing Society.

Each block, except Larch and Oak, has one communal TV Lounge for all residents.  Although Larch and Oak have no TV lounge, the residents can request access to the TV lounge next door.

All rooms are fully furnished with linen provided. Only doctors rooms are provided with telephone lines.  The kitchens are equipped with the basics; these include a fridge, freezer, microwave, cooker, kettle, iron and ironing board. Crockery is also provided. However, there are no microwaves or freezers in the on-call flats.
