What we do...
The Housekeeping department returned back in-house on 1st November 2002 and is now managed directly by Facilities. This has proved to be a positive move. Our department is responsible for cleaning all areas of the hospital (wards, departments, etc.) including accommodation blocks, Martin Corke Day Surgery Unit and the new Education Centre. At present we have 144 staff, working both full and part time hours.
